WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes the website’s administrative procedures with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This notice is provided pursuant art. 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 – code in matter of protection of personal data to those who interact with the web services of EQUIPE OPEN TRADE, that can be accessed electronically from the address www.equipeopentrade.it/backend . This statement only concerns the website of EQUIPE OPEN TRADE and not other websites that the user may consult through links. The information is based on recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, reunited in the Group instituted by art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/CE, adopted May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line, and, in particular, the procedures, times and the nature of the information that data controllers must supply users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of connection.
